By creating an account or using ice.email services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ice.email for:
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Distributing malware or phishing content
- Illegal activities
- Harassment or abuse
- Violating intellectual property rights
4. Service Plans
Free accounts are provided as-is with no SLA. Paid plans include priority support and enhanced features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features with 30 days notice.
5. Temporary Email
Temporary email addresses are provided for legitimate use. Abuse of temporary email for fraud, illegal activities, or to circumvent bans will result in IP-level blocking.
6. Payments & Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all associated data.
8. Limitation of Liability
ice.email is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
